Maj. Gen. Andrew M. Rohling, the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa commander, visited U.S. Soldiers at Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa on Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti from Nov. 30 to Dec. 2. Rohling also met with representatives of the Djibouti Armed Forces (FAD).
