Representatives from the American, Latvian and Lithuanian military participate in an opening ceremony for Tobruq Arrows June 7, 2020 in Skede, Latvia. Tobruq Arrows is the live fire portion of Tobruq Arrows 20 and is primarily focused on enhancing NATO’s interoperability.
