Col. Thomas O’Conner, 1st Infantry Division Forward Commander, discusses interoperability with Ms. Hannah Thoburn, Professional Staff Member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, during a base walking tour in Poznań, Poland, on Feb. 20. Thoburn was given a base tour, command brief and operational environment overview during her visit. She wanted to explore such items as: interoperability, communication, obstacles and capabilities of both the U.S. military and its Polish partners.
