Col. Phil Brooks, commander of the 1st Infantry Division Forward, greets Mr. Pavel Wozny, Under-Secretary in the Ministry of National Defence, in Poznan on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. Wozny was in town to meet with the command team and tour the base and its new projects. Both Brooks and Wozny also took time to meet with a few Soldiers currently deployed to Poznan.
