A UH 60 Black Hawk assigned to the 1st Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Infantry Division is towed onto the vehicle carrier ship “Endurance” at the port of Constanta, Romania, Oct. 30, 2019. The Endurance is returning equipment and vehicles to the United States after supporting Operation Atlantic Resolve, a multi-nation effort between NATO Allies and partners across Eastern Europe to deter aggression, improve interoperability between participating armed forces, and build peaceful relationships in the region.
