More than 1300 U.S. Service Members and 950 military personnel from Europe and Canada are commemorating the 75th anniversary of WWII Operation Overload, the Allied Invasion of Normandy, France, on June 6th, 1944, also known as D-Day. Participating military units will take part in more than, 70 events from June 19, 2019, throughout almost 40 French communities in the region. (U.S. Army photo by Pfc.
