Interview with Cpl.Gregory Toczek, a Kalmar operator with Transportation Support Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 2 (CLR-2), about working with British Soldiers aboard Forward Operating Base (FOB) Sabit Qadam, Helmand province, Afghanistan on Feb. 25, 2013. CLR-2 partnered with British Soldiers from 12 Combat Support Logistics Regiment in order to transport a Kalmar RT240 Rough Terrain Container Handler to FOB Sabit Qadam to facilitate its demilitarization in support of 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines. Soldiers live fire FPV drones in Germany

Soldiers conducted a live fire of first-person view drones for the first time at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Feb. 17-20, 2025. Although drones have been incorporated into training for years, this event combined FPV drones with live munitions in a series of live fire flights, all within range safety standards. The success is a result of collaboration between U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, 7th Army Training Command, Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine and the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
