HRT Provides Medical Aid to Huancavelica, Peru

A health response team (HRT) mobile hospital set up in a soccer field nearly 13,500 feet above sea level to provide medical aid to the people of Huancavelica. 40 medical professionals from the 633rd Medical Group from Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., are taking part in New Horizons, a U.S. Southern Command sponsored annual joint and combined training and humanitarian assistance exercise that takes place throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Soldiers live fire FPV drones in Germany

Soldiers conducted a live fire of first-person view drones for the first time at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Feb. 17-20, 2025. Although drones have been incorporated into training for years, this event combined FPV drones with live munitions in a series of live fire flights, all within range safety standards. The success is a result of collaboration between U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, 7th Army Training Command, Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine and the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
