Georgia Air National Guardsmen, 2nd Lt. Devin Hooper, cyber operations officer with the 165th Communications Flight, 165th Airlift Wing explains the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) which is built for emergency preparedness allowing you to take a preemptive strike against disaster and its consequences during a statewide Georgia National Guard CERFP exercise on July 13, 2022 at Fort Stewart in Georgia. The JISCC solution maximizes effectiveness by bridging first responder communications systems and delivering high-bandwidth capability anywhere. The JISCC Mobilizes as a part of the Georgia State Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high-yield Explosive, or CBRNE, Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) or in other situations when communication capabilities are unavailable for first responders and law enforcement.
