One of the 405th Army Field Support Brigade's lines of effort is the Army Prepositioned Stock program, a cornerstone of the Army’s ability to rapidly project power and send a clear signal of U.S. commitment. Sets of equipment are strategically prepositioned in climate controlled facilities worldwide. This reduces deployment response times by allowing Soldiers to fly to a theater and fall in directly on all the equipment they need to fight and win. (U.S. Army video by Spc. Katelyn Myers)

Soldiers live fire FPV drones in Germany

Soldiers conducted a live fire of first-person view drones for the first time at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Feb. 17-20, 2025. Although drones have been incorporated into training for years, this event combined FPV drones with live munitions in a series of live fire flights, all within range safety standards. The success is a result of collaboration between U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, 7th Army Training Command, Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine and the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
