U.S. Marine Corps recruits of Fox Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, execute final academic and practical application tests to evaluate their knowledge and skills at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, August 2024. To pass their final evaluation, recruits must successfully complete a final practical application test along with a final written academic test. The practical test consists of multiple events where recruits are required to demonstrate proficiency in areas such as: first aid, customs and courtesies, Marine Corps uniform and rank identification, weapons assembly and disassembly, and combat care tactics.
