DEFENDER 25 Outreach tour

DEFENDER is the Army’s largest annual opportunity to exercise moving personnel and equipment into theater across modes for initial and follow-on operations critical to Large Scale Combat Operations. Led by U.S. Army Europe and Africa, the exercise focuses on the strategic deployment of CONUS-based forces, employment of Army Prepositioned Stock and follow-on exercises demonstrating lethality and interoperability with Allies and partners

"My mission is not just a job—it's a calling."

America’s uniformed services are made up of an all-volunteer force. We rely on our nation’s patriots who are proud of their commitment to service, who take an oath to defend our Constitution and country, and who want to be a part of something bigger than themselves.

One of these patriots is Capt. Stephanie Felder, LCSW with the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service, who is detailed to the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence's Research section.
