SPANGDAHLEM, Germany (Jan. 31, 2025) The first iteration of Foundations courses at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany has successfully concluded Jan. 31 2025. Foundations courses were created to supplement development for enlisted service members in between their other Professional Development Education courses. The courses are a part of the Enlisted Force Development Model: Enlisted Airmanship Continuum which connects institutional, functional and base delivered education, training and experiences.
