304th Rescue Squadron Hones Water Rescue Skills on Columbia River

304th Rescue Squadron Airmen conducted water rescue training in the Columbia River Gorge, near Corbett, Oregon, in January. Pararescuemen worked in unison with the 305th Rescue Squadron, a combat search and rescue unit that operates HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopters. The two 943d Rescue Group, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, units carried out various rescue scenarios, ensuring Airmen are able to perform search and rescue operations in a variety of conditions and environments.
