The Nellis aircraft armament systems physical fitness assessment was designed to prepare Airmen in the 2W1X1 career field for the physical demands of wartime operations and stresses caused by agile combat employment.

The assessment is comprised of four components:
1. Overhead Press/Push-Press
2. Hex Bar Dead-lift
3. Front Carry, Sled Push/Pull, Farmer Carry Relay
4. Rowing machine
