Michelle Neumann, Equal Employment Opportunity program manager at the Tomah Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Tomah, Wis., gives her presentation Oct. 19, 2023, at the Fort McCoy 2023 observance of the National Disability Employment Awareness Month in McCoy's Community Center at Fort McCoy, Wis.
