Firefighters from the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron participate in a 9/11 memorial stair climb, Sept. 11, 2024, at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. This memorial ceremony paid tribute to the 9/11 fire fighters by climbing the equivalent of 110 stories of the World Trade Center. This tribute not only remembers the sacrifice of the New York fire fighters, but symbolically completes their journey to save others. (U.S. Air Force video by Senior Airman Alexander Nottingham)
