Nathan Conley, an eight-year old elementary school student from Falls Church, Virginia, designed an airplane, sent a letter to the U.S. Navy and got the attention of Rear Adm. John Lemmon, Program Executive Officer for Tactical Aircraft Programs. Lemmon was so impressed that he invited Nathan and his family for a VIP tour of Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland, June 27.
