Cmdr. Andre Douglas, Coast Guard Astronaut number three, joins the Coast Guard Reserves during a commissioning ceremony presided over by Admiral Linda L. Fagan, Commandant of the Coast Guard, at Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C., Mar. 19, 2024.
