‘The Knot’ features acts of service by Division Newport employees

ICYMI, Four Division Newport employees participated in the sixth edition of “The Knot: Stories from the Workforce” on Feb. 14. The theme was “acts of service” as participants explained how they’ve been able to help others while feeling a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

The storytellers were Dr. Michelle Skoorka, head of the Platform Concept Formulation Branch; Nicole Dusang, an employee through the STEM 640 Internship Program; Nate DeAscentis, head of the Systems Analysis and Passive Systems Engineering Branch; and Dr. John DiCecco, who helped create the Undersea Technology Apprentice Program (UTAP) at Division Newport.
