Mike Company Executes Combat Fitness Test
Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego
Oct. 8, 2024 | 0:32
U.S. Marine Corps recruits from Mike Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, participated in the Combat Fitness Test (CFT) at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California. The CFT consists of multiple components, including an obstacle course, ammo can lifts, and a rigorous 880-yard run, designed to assess the recruits' physical fitness and mental resilience. This test not only evaluates their strength and endurance but also fosters teamwork and camaraderie as they work together to overcome each challenge. By completing the CFT, recruits gain valuable experience that prepares them for the demands of their future roles in the Marine Corps. (Filmed by Brandon Williams for the Department of Defense)
