DEFENDER is the Army’s largest annual opportunity to exercise moving personnel and equipment into theater across modes for initial and follow-on operations critical to Large Scale Combat Operations. Led by U.S. Army Europe and Africa, the exercise focuses on the strategic deployment of CONUS-based forces, employment of Army Prepositioned Stock and follow-on exercises demonstrating lethality and interoperability with Allies and partners

Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital now offers pelvic floor physical therapy to TRICARE Prime beneficiaries at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Johnson, Louisiana.

Your pelvic floor muscles help stabilize your core while assisting with essential bodily functions, like urination, deification, and intercourse.

 Aging, stress, pelvic surgery, trauma, pregnancy, and childbirth are all factors contributing to pelvic floor dysfunction.

Pelvic floor physical therapy can provide you with much needed relief to the pain and embarrassment associated with pelvic floor dysfunction.
