54 ARS takes on Vapor Trails

During the exercise “Vapor Trails,” Airmen from the 54th Air Refueling Squadron (ARS), 59th Medical Wing, and 137th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron conducted aeromedical evacuation training at Kelly Airfield, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Feb. 27, 2024. The training gave instructor pilots and boom operators from the 54th ARS an opportunity to learn more about aeromedical evacuation operations, and bring that knowledge back to their students at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
