Fort Carson senior leaders and noncommissioned officers from the 1st of the 8th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division were flown down range to conduct leader-focused training during the Eagle Academics event Feb. 8, 2024. The 7-mile ruck march encompassed multiple stations that allowed Soldiers to learn about their unit’s wartime history while performing various exercises at each stop.
