Press Release - 101st CAB takes overs Atlantic Resolve aviation rotation mission

The 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, will transfer authority of the Atlantic Resolve aviation rotation mission to 101^st Combat Aviation Brigade, 1^st Airborne Division, during a ceremony July 17.

The ceremony officially recognizes the start of the sixth iteration of combat aviation brigade support to Atlantic Resolve. The unit will have a presence in Germany, Latvia, Poland and Romania.

The deployment of ready, combat-credible U.S. forces to Europe in support of Atlantic Resolve is evidence of the strong and unremitting U.S. commitment to NATO and Europe. Through continuous, multinational training and security cooperation activities, Atlantic Resolve builds readiness, increases interoperability and enhances the bond between ally and partner militaries.
