Through continuous, multinational training and security cooperation activities, Atlantic Resolve builds readiness, increases interoperability and enhances the bond between ally and partner militaries.
The ceremony indicates the newest unit, also known as the “Black Jack” Brigade is fully mission capable after transporting its tanks, vehicles and other equipment from its home station of Fort Hood, Texas, to Poland.
The occasion also signifies that the outgoing unit, and its more than 3,000 Soldiers, can now return home to Fort Riley, Kansas.
