Upcoming Mission Command Element convoy activities

POZNAN, Poland —

Convoys of U.S. Army military vehicles in Poznan, Poland, will begin movement to Drawsko Pomoroski Training Area, Poland, March 10.

Residents near and between these locations should expect an increase in military vehicles March 10 - 27.
Atlantic Resolve Soldiers will drive approximately 30 Humvees, trailers and Light Medium Tactical Vehicles on the roads and highways. The movement is part of an Atlantic Resolve Mission Command Element exercise.

Due to their size and weight, these vehicles will move slowly and have limited visibility. Drivers are advised to use caution when near military convoys.

The deployment of ready, combat-credible U.S. forces to Europe in support of Atlantic Resolve is evidence of the strong and unremitting U.S. commitment to NATO and Europe. Through continuous, multinational training and security cooperation activities, Atlantic Resolve builds readiness, increases interoperability and enhances the bond between ally and partner militaries.
