The Department of Defense Contractor Personnel Office is responsible for assisting contractors to receive status under NATO Status of Forces Agreements once they have been offered a contract. We cannot assist you in finding employment with a company contracted to provide services to the U.S. forces in Germany. All contractors coming to Europe in support of the Department of Defense -- regardless of anticipated trip duration -- should work with their European site sponsoring organizations to ensure that all coronanvirus testing and quarantine requirements established by the host nation government, the host nation's applicable state/provincial governments and local installation commanders are fulfilled immediately upon arrival and prior to further travel or beginning work duties.

How to Submit a New Contract For NATO SOFA Status Accreditation of Contractor Employees (NSSACE)     

1. Submit an email to usarmy.wiesbaden.usareur.mbx.odcs-g1-docper@mail.mil including the following:

a)  Attachments:

i) DOCPER Contracting Action Submission Form

ii) COR Designation Memo signed by the Contracting Officer (must include contract number and DO/TO number)

iii) Signed copy of the contract

iv) PWS/SOW/SOO

b)  Subject line should include contract number, DO/TO number, and vendor name

c)  Include contact information for the COR

d)  If applicable, identify the predecessor contract (contract number, DO/TO, vendor name)

2. After the new Contract for NSSACE is reviewed by DOCPER, the COR will be granted access to the contract record in the DOCPER online data processing system, ECOPS, and will be assigned a DOCPER POC
