Master Sgt. Daniel Lapare, 39th Air Base Wing unaccompanied housing superintendent, and Airman First Class Andrew Pixley, 39th Security Forces Squadron armorer and dorm mayor, give their experiences about and with the Airmen Dorm Leader program at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Due to the proximity of ADLs to the dorms and the Airmen, ADLs provide 24/7 mentoring and supervisory advice, which increases the overall quality of life in the dorms.
