VCNO Speaks at NHA Symposium
Chief of Naval Operations
Oct. 8, 2021 | 01:07:43
Adm. Bill Lescher, Vice Chief of Naval Operations, opened the first day of panels and briefs during the Naval Helicopter Association (NHA) Symposium at the Viejas Resort, Oct. 7, 2021. During his remarks, he discussed the body of Navy learning developed over three and a half years of transformational work in aviation readiness, end-to-end supply chain improvements, and shipyard productivity. He highlighted how the Navy is scaling this learning through NAVPLAN implementation to broadly drive increased Navy readiness and lethality. These principles are foundational to CNO’s call to action to Get Real, Get Better for leaders at all levels to bring consistently strong performance across the fleet.
