Sgt. 1st Class Jonathan Morrison, a combat medic specialist from Brooklyn, N.Y., assigned to 24 Civil Support Team-Weapons of Mass Destruction, 53rd Troop Command, New York Army National Guard, processes a COVID-19 test kit at a rapid mobile testing site located at the Jacob Javits Center field hospital in New York, N.Y., April 27, 2020. New York National Guard members continue to manage the Javits site as the unified command post for the multi-agency response.
