In a joint effort between Air Force Research Lab, Wright-Patterson AFB and Cubic Corporation, the SLATE (Secure LVC Advanced Training Environment) pod was recently tested at Nellis Air Force Base. This combat training system allows tactics and scenarios to be run in a real-time, simulated environment.
