U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Curtis D. Taylor, commanding general of the 1st Armored Division, and U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Carvet C. Tate, command sergeant major of the 1st Armored Division, narrate a birthday tribute video marking the Division’s 86th anniversary, established July 15, 1940. The video highlights the Division’s legacy of service, sacrifice and readiness, and recognizes the Soldiers, civilians, veterans and families who continue to uphold its heritage.
