This is the second of two parts containing B Roll of the Transit Center at Manas' September 11th tribute ceremony. This part contains remarks from the Colonel Janybek Kaparov, Deputy Minister of Defense, Kyrgyz Republic, Peter Ganci III, and Christopher Ganci via skype. It also contains footage from the wreath laying portion of the ceremony, done to honor Fire Chief Peter Ganci Jr.
