Command Sgt. Maj. Alberto Delgado, outgoing command sergeant major of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, addresses attendees, during his change of responsibility ceremony, May 18, at Daenner Kaserne, in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Delgado relinquished responsibility as the two-star command's senior enlisted advisor to Command Sgt. Maj. Rocky Carr, who becomes the command's 17th command sergeant major. Delgado will assume responsibility of command sergeant major for U.S. Army North, a three-star command.
