United States Army Watercraft have proven to be a strategic asset for projecting the force in the Persian Gulf. they can operate in shallow water, unimproved ports and their flat bottoms give them the ability to land, drop their ramp and roll equipment on and off on a beach head. They are better suited for squad and platoon-sized elements because of their size that commercial shipping can’t provide. These boats give U.S. Army Central Command the flexibility to project the force by delivering goods and equipment anytime and any place next to water. Produced by Sgt. 1st Class Adam Stone. Soldiers live fire FPV drones in Germany

Soldiers conducted a live fire of first-person view drones for the first time at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Feb. 17-20, 2025. Although drones have been incorporated into training for years, this event combined FPV drones with live munitions in a series of live fire flights, all within range safety standards. The success is a result of collaboration between U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, 7th Army Training Command, Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine and the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
