21st Theater Sustainment Command

BAUMHOLDER, Germany -- 15 competitors endured grueling medical tasks and events over a 96 hour period during the 21st Theater Sustainment Command Best Medic Competition at Baumholder, Germany, August 27-30, 2018.

Two teams, one from 21st TSC and one from Regional Health Command Europe, will move onto the 2018 CSM Jack L. Clark Best Medic Competition at Camp Bullis, Texas, September 15-20, 2018.

Soldiers live fire FPV drones in Germany

Soldiers conducted a live fire of first-person view drones for the first time at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Feb. 17-20, 2025. Although drones have been incorporated into training for years, this event combined FPV drones with live munitions in a series of live fire flights, all within range safety standards. The success is a result of collaboration between U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, 7th Army Training Command, Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine and the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
