GRAFENWOEHR, Germany —
This is an informational advisory for the communities between the Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels training areas.
Commuters and community members should expect multiple military vehicle convoys in support of exercise Dragoon Ready to be traveling between the training areas on Oct. 15 and 18 when military personnel will drive approximately 600 vehicles nearly 80 kilometers between the Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels training areas.
The tactical road march will be traveling on the Bundesstrasse B85 west of the Grafenwoehr Training Area between Amberg and Sulzbach-Rosenberg. The roads traveled will be in the proximity of the following areas: Amberg, Kastl, Lauterhofen and Ursensollen.
Due to their size and weight, these vehicles will move slowly and have limited visibility.
Drivers are advised to use caution when driving near military convoys.
